Eligibility and Agreement

- You further confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to make decisions on your behalf. If registering a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of said minor and have the authority to register them for this event.

- Participants should ensure that they are in good health and physically prepared to partake in the championship. If in doubt, please consult with a medical professional prior to participating.
- Helmets are mandatory for all participants. Participants without helmets will not be allowed to participate. Other protective gear, such as knee pads and elbow pads, are recommended but not mandatory.

- By participating in the Nordic Scoot Championship, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, and their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or injuries (including death) that may arise from participation.
- Participants understand that scootering and related activities come with inherent risks and assume all responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might accrue as a result of participating.
